The Puggle is a hybrid that was developed 20 years ago and since then its popularity continued to rise so that today it is noted as the most popular of hybrids. This dog was developed from the crossbreeding of a female Beagle and a male Pug during the 1980’s when the US was keen on developing new dog breeds. The Puggle was the result of the efforts of Wallace Haven, a dog breeder from Wisconsin, USA.
